When you submit the contact form, Fair Media stores the details you provide so we can respond to your enquiry. The form asks for your name, email, project details and location, with optional phone, organisation and preferred date. We use this information to discuss your project and do not publish it on the site.

If you need to correct or remove an enquiry, send a new message through the contact form and tell us which earlier enquiry it relates to.
